Registration for Mason Soccer Club CASL tryouts 2011/2012
Please complete the short on-line form below to register for the 2011/2012 CASL tryouts in June. This information will then be available for review at the check-in table the night of your tryout. This should shorten the line at the check-in table. Also, please be sure to select a t-shirt size as the Mason Soccer Club has purchased t-shirts with numbers instead of the numbered stickers. If you are trying out for more than one team or age group please fill out a separate form for each or if you have more than one soccer player per family trying out please fill out a separate form for each player.
