Mason Soccer Club (MSC)

The Mason Soccer Club is a local non-profit organization and currently is in the process of filing 501(c)(3) tax exemption papers.

The MSC's mission is to provide a soccer environment such that every Mason youth has the opportunity, through a high level of coaching, to develop a love for the game that embodies fair play, good sportsmanship, a strong understanding of the game, and excellent soccer skills.

MSC Board Meeting
The next Mason Soccer Club (MSC) Board Meeting will be held on June 13th at 8:00pm at Mason First Presbyterian Church.

Everyone in the Mason community is invited to attend.

Mason Soccer Club Youth Appreciation Night
The Spring Mason Youth Soccer Appreciation Night was a great success and had a great turnout of teams. Thank you to the Mason High School for hosting the event during the half time of the varsity soccer match.

The free on-the-field clinic after the varsity game was also a great time for those that stuck around. There were 28 soccer players that got some great training tips from the varsity coaches. The MSC would like to thank Coach Nick Binder for putting on the clinic. Also, a thank you to Coach Christine Hursey for stopping by after the varsity girls game. To the varsity girls and boys that helped out a special thank you for taking the time out of your schedules to help the up and coming players. For the Eastside and CASL players to be able to be on the field under the lights along with some of the varsity players that they watch is a wonderful experience. 

Some dates to keep in mind this Spring/Summer

- April 21st - 22nd SoccerZone Capital City Cup at Kenneth Hope Soccer Complex.

- June 8th-10th possible club tournament at Portage Classic Tournment. Coaches you will get an email regarding attending otherwise contact Mike Hamm for details

- June 18th-21st CASL Tryouts for Mason Soccer Club teams. Details to come and registration will be on-line again this year.

- July 23rd-26th Mason Soccer Club Summer Camp.

- August 10th-11th Chris Colligan 4v4 tournament.

- August 18th Mason High School Boys Golf Outing

- Sept 8th-9th Capitol Area Classic

MSC CASL tryouts for Fall 2012 and Spring 2013
Tryouts this year for CASL teams will be as follows:

Alternative tryout date is June 21st from 6:00-7:30 for all those players that cannot make the dates below or rain.
